Bo has a diverse commercial real estate background, including investments, leasing and finance. Since 2006, he has worked exclusively in tenant representation assisting clients in primarily lease and purchase transactions. He helps his clients align overall operational and company strategy with their real estate needs and has a very consultative and strategic approach to the business. As such, Bo has worked with some of Atlanta's most exciting and fastest growing companies on commercial property leases and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Savills Studley, Bo was a principal with Cresa’s Atlanta office and preceding Cresa was a principal in a boutique firm that provided real estate advisory services and invested in commercial property. Bo is passionate about the future of the workplace and how the C Suite and overall company direction will impact Real Estate and is very thoughtful on both the economic and non-economic components to a client’s objectives.
Prior to his career in Real Estate Bo spent several years in Washington DC in politics.
In 2013, Bo was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle with the Prestigious 40 Under 40 award for his success in business and in the community.
Bo has been active in the Atlanta Community having served on numerous boards. He is a founding Board Member of Answer Atlanta, currently serves on the Development and Building Committees for the Cristo Rey School and is active in his church, Christ the King Cathedral.
Bo also served on the local board for the Heritage Foundation, spent several years as a youth baseball coach, has mentored underserved youth, volunteered at the Atlanta Union Mission and provided extensive assistance to the homeless in Atlanta.
Bo received his B.A. from Southern Methodist University with a major in Political Science and a minor in History.
Bo and his wife Connor live in the Buckhead area of Atlanta and have two sons, Flin & Spence.
