Based in Washington, DC, Sarah Dreyer is Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Savills North America. In her current capacity, Sarah is at the helm of steering Savills IT, development, research and data strategies across North America. Her tenure at Savills has been marked by spearheading major initiatives, including the firm's enterprise artificial intelligence projects, modernizing platform systems, and forging pivotal technology and data partnerships.

Prior to becoming CIO, Sarah served as Executive Vice President, Information Technology and Digital Strategy, where she integrated data, research, and engineering teams, significantly enhancing Savills client engagement tools and expanding the support desk function to focus on premier service and seamless integrations. Previously, her role as Head of Research for the Americas saw her revolutionize Savills research data landscape by digitizing the research data footprint and significantly growing the team's capabilities in new research areas such as industrial, life sciences, and technology sectors.

With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, encompassing research, technology, and management, Sarah brings a dynamic and innovative approach to Savills. Her background in business development, supported by a foundation in finance and business management, enables her to deliver creative and impactful solutions to meet and exceed client needs. Prior roles include leadership positions at Vornado/Charles E. Smith and Cushman & Wakefield in the Mid-Atlantic region, where she provided deep market insights and supported strategic decision-making across various company teams.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Sarah currently serves on the board of directors for the JDRF Mid-Atlantic Chapter, having raised over $1.5 million to support Type 1 diabetes research when chairing the JDRF Real Estate Games. Her leadership and philanthropic efforts have earned her recognition as a Globe Street Women of Influence (Innovator), Connect Media Women of Influence in Real Estate, alongside accolades from the Washington Business Journal (’40 Under 40’ honoree), March of Dimes (‘Heroine of Washington’), Bisnow Media (’35 Under 35’), and George Mason University (‘Prominent Patriots’). NAIOP has honored her with awards, including the ‘National Developing Leader Award,’ ‘DC/MD Chapter Member of the Year’ and ‘Chapter Award for Best Developing Leaders Program.’
