Scott joined Studley in 2000 following three years with another commercial real estate firm. He specializes in strategic planning, transaction execution for both acquisitions and dispositions, and portfolio management for tenants throughout the Washington, D.C. region and the nation. He has been directly involved in the representation of the most prestigious tenants in the Washington, D.C. region totaling in excess of 5 million square feet and over 1 billion dollars.
Since joining Studley, Scott has provided real estate advisory and financial modeling services to some of the country’s most prestigious corporations, law firms, not-for-profit organizations, and trade associations. His clients include the law firms of Howrey LLP and Reed Smith LLP, for which his team develops firm-wide strategic plans to lower overall occupancy costs.
Scott was hired by APCO Worldwide Inc. and Hanley-Wood, LLC to manage their global accounts in 2003 and has subsequently completed multiple national and international assignments for each. In 2006, Scott was the co-recipient of the GWCAR “Transaction of the Year, Northern, VA” award for his work on behalf of Conservation International. Additionally, he was selected as one of the 2007 “35 under 35” in the Washington Real Estate industry by Bisnow on Business.
Scott attended The George Washington University graduating with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance.
