With more than 34 years of commercial real estate experience, Scott has excelled in advising his clientele locally, nationally and internationally. Highly regarded as a specialist in high technology corporate services, he has been involved in every aspect of corporate/tenant representation, including sales and lease negotiations for major site acquisitions, ground-up built-to-suits, financial analysis, lease transaction management for national accounts, property dispositions, consulting and strategic planning.
Scott has negotiated more than 750 lease and sale transactions and managed international, national and regional accounts for clients such as Tellabs, Inc., VMware, Force 10 Networks, McAfee, SGI, MobileIron, Vocera Communications and CyberSource Corporation.
Earlier in his career, Scott was a principal and partner at Cooper/Brady Corporate Real Estate Services and Lalond Brokerage, Inc.

Scott is a licensed real estate agent in the state of California and a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers.
