Scott began his real estate career in June 2001, working as a tenant and landlord representative in Colliers International’s New York City office. Having developed a reputation as one of the most successful and promising newcomers to the commercial real estate industry, he was recruited by Savills Studley in 2002 to focus his practice solely on tenant representation. Scott provides his clients across a wide array of industries with strategic real estate counsel that is aligned with the organizations’ business and financial goals. He executes all aspects of his clients’ transactions and provides unparalleled client service.
Scott is responsible for initiating the relationship with one of the firm’s most notable New York City clients – New York Law School, for which Savills Studley facilitated a multi-faceted assignment to redevelop its 500,000-square-foot Tribeca campus. Other clients of note include Whatley Drake & Kallas; St. John’s University; Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst; The Screen Actors Guild; and Elliott Associates.
In addition to working with Colliers International before joining Savills Studley, Scott also worked in London for ING Barings’ Structured Finance Group and Edward Jones.
Scott is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Washington University Alumni Association of New York.
Scott graduated from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a focus in finance and international business.
