With over 15 years of experience, Scott has built a reputation as a leading commercial real estate advisor to a broad range of companies throughout New York City. Scott’s deep understanding of the market and what affects tenants allows him to understand each client’s business objectives and solve for the optimal real estate solution.

Over the course of his career, Scott has provided advisory services to elite companies such as Bain Capital, TowerBrook Capital Partners, Scott+ Scott LLP, Leerink Partners, The Grammies and Oxford University Press

Prior to Savills Studley, Scott worked as a tenant and landlord representative at Colliers ABR in New York City, as well as in London for ING Barings’ Structured Finance Group and Edward Jones.

Activities & Achievements

Scott was part of the team awarded the prestigious “Ingenious Deal of the Year” award from the Real Estate Board of New York for their work on behalf of The New York Law School. The project was a multi-faceted assignment that ultimately redeveloped a 500,000-square-foot Tribeca campus.

Scott is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Washington University in St. Louis Alumni Association of New York. He has studied percussion for over 15 years and is an instructor and first-degree Black Belt in Taekwondo.


Scott graduated from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and International Business.
