An assistant director in Savills Studley’s Downtown Los Angeles office, Spencer focuses on managing the real estate needs of regional and multi-market corporations. With a practiced background in economics, Spencer has the ability to skillfully analyze the market from a macro and micro perspective. He provides superior client service by evaluating clients’ opportunity costs, present value of tenant improvements, employment rates, and the supply and demand of regionally specific industries and their needs for commercial real estate.
Prior to joining the firm, Spencer was a business development intern for Lincoln Property Company in Laguna Hills for two years. While he was there he specialized in leasing Lincoln-owned properties as well as private equity portfolio management.
Activities & Achievements
Spencer worked diligently as a freshman to earn the starting “center” position on Chapman’s football team. After a career ending shoulder surgery, he became involved in the Greek system and focused on giving back to the community. As the President of the Theta-Psi chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, Spencer organized several events and fundraisers which generated over $6,000.00 for Orangewood Boarding, as school for foster children.
Spencer received his Bachelors of Arts degree from Chapman University in Orange, majoring in economics and minoring in English. During his time at Chapman, he was a founder of the Chapman Republicans Club and an active member of CARES (Creating a Rape Free Environment).
