Steve began his career with Savills Studley in Los Angeles as an intern during his last year at UCLA. With more than 24 years of tenant representation experience, Steve has provided his clients with advice and expertise in the process of acquisitions, dispositions, complex deal structuring, municipal incentive negotiations, financial analyses and lease negotiations. To date, he has executed transactions valued in excess of $2.7 billion dollars in 25 countries, 38 cities and 19 states. As Branch Manager of the Bay Area offices and a member of Savills Studley’s Board of Directors, Steve provides strategic direction and leadership, and has helped the Bay Area offices become the premiere tenant representation practice in the Bay Area. Steve also Co-Chairs Savills Studley’s national Law Firm Practice Group.

Activities & Achievements
Steve has consistently been among the brokerage community’s highest producers, and has earned “top achiever” awards for the past 18 years. In 2008, he was named to the Real Estate Forum “Top Brokers” list, one of only fifty professionals selected nationwide. One of his client transactions was then the 270,000-square-foot headquarters lease restructure and renewal for Heller Ehrman LLP, which was then the largest law firm transaction ever executed in San Francisco while also being named as one of the 2006 Office Deals of the Year by the California Real Estate Journal.
Steve, his wife and two young children (twins boy/girl) live in Marin. Steve is involved with various charities and benefits for cancer and Alzheimer’s research. Steve is an avid golfer and was involved with the creation of the CoreNet Real Estate annual bay area golf tournament.
Steve received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
