Steve Korfiatis is an active member of Savills Studley’s Industrial Services Group and Supply Chain Consulting Practice. In his role as Assistant Director, Steve’s primary responsibilities are focused on business development, transaction management, market research and financial analysis. Steve assists in the procurement, and strategic management and analysis of diverse and complex transaction structures with a focus on industrial assets. Steve has assisted in the completion of projects for clients such as Keystone Automotive Industries, Shiseido USA, NBC Universal, Continental Terminals Inc., and MakeSpace.
Before joining Savills Studley, Steve worked for a New Jersey-based, full service, real estate firm where his primary focus was assisting clients in the acquisition and disposition of residential- and mixed-use investment properties. Prior to his real estate experience, Steve managed and trained fundraising and canvassing operations for a local New York State political party.
Steve is an active member of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce and the Stevens Institute of Technology Alumni Association. Upon completion of his Master of Science in Management, Steve was awarded the ‘Outstanding Academic Achievement Award’, which is presented to a graduate who excels academically and demonstrated professional promise and leadership. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors and is the acting Treasurer of Hoboken Football Club 1912.
Steve has a Master of Business Administration, Finance & a Master of Science, Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a licensed real estate broker, state of New Jersey.
