Taylor Ferguson joined Savills in 2016, specializing in office Tenant Representation. He advises clients throughout their commercial real estate objectives, including new leases, renewals, expansions, and subleases. Taylor’s strengths include market analysis, client relations and customer negotiation, all in service to tenants seeking optimal real estate decisions. Additionally, Taylor helps clients with strategic planning and unique corporate solutions.

Before entering commercial real estate, Taylor was national director of sales for Prospect Brands, where he successfully relaunched the iconic southern brand Duck Head. He also maintained the continuous success of Gyde outerwear brands. Prior to Prospect Brands, Taylor worked as an account executive for Ralph Lauren’s golf division.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Taylor is an active volunteer for the charity Beds for Kids, which works to provide low- to middle-class children with a warm, safe sleeping environment at night. Also, as a golf advocate, Taylor helps spread the game of golf to younger generations through the program The First Tee.
