Ted Skirbunt is an Assistant Director in Savills Studley’s Washington, DC office. Ted specializes in providing real estate advisory services for associations, non-profit organizations, law firms, and corporations worldwide. Ted’s analytical approach, coupled with his unique market expertise, generates effective real estate strategies that achieve financial objectives and align with each organization’s mission and strategic vision.
Prior to joining Studley’s (now Savills Studley) Washington, DC office in 2013 as Research Manager, Ted worked at the non-profit Washington, DC Economic Partnership, where he facilitated economic development city-wide. He also served as Director of Real Estate Research for the Capitol Riverfront Business Improvement District (BID). At the BID, Ted managed a mixed use portfolio comprising over $9 billion in real estate development in and around Nationals Park and the Washington Navy Yard. During his time at the BID, Ted provided economic and granular demographic analyses that helped facilitate over 125,000 square feet of retail leases and commercial investment sales totaling $500 million.
Ted graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business administration from American University and holds a Master’s degree in real estate finance and development from Georgetown University.
