In June 2016, Savills Studley acquired Cresa Charlotte. In the past few years, he has acted as a corporate services advisor for several million square feet of industrial and office facilities. Prior to joining Cresa, Tom spent several years acting as a corporate services advisor with CBRE for several million square feet of office, retail and industrial facilities. Previously, he spent seven years successfully operating his own firm, Providence Real Estate Advisors and prior to that, he dedicated twelve years leading CB Commercial Real Estate Group's operations in the Carolinas.
Tom is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina. He is a Member of CoreNet Global, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, the Rotary Club of Charlotte, the Charlotte Region Commercial Board Realtors, and the Charlotte Region Commercial Board Realtors. Tom also serves as an Executive Board Member of the Boy Scouts of America.
Tom is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and New York University's graduate program at the Schack Institute of Real Estate.
