Tim is an accomplished manager and licensed Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the development, design, construction, project management, and maintenance of infrastructure and critical systems. Tim has a solid understanding of LEED and a proven ability to manage sophisticated infrastructure and critical system projects, while maintaining both budget and schedule. As a Director at Savills Studley, Tim provides management services to a major financial firm, managing and overseeing the planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout processes required for the following projects: two 2MW data center expansion projects, a medium voltage switchgear replacement project, and a fuel oil tank replacement project.
Prior to joining the firm, Tim was a Vice President mainly responsible for coordinating the design, schedule, estimate, procurement and construction activities associated with the site wide integration projects, including fire alarm & smoke control, BMS, SCADA systems and commissioning at Jones Lang LaSalle. Prior to this, Tim was a Manager of Technical Services for Lehr Construction where he was responsible for the bid analysis and specification review for the pre-purchase of critical equipment, including UPS systems, PDU’s, Emergency Generators and related switchgear. In this position, he created conceptual budgets based on consultations with clients and engineers and managed system commissioning & testing of mission critical equipment.
In addition, Tim worked for Cosentini Associates as a Project Manager and Senior Electrical Design Engineer, and for Structure Tone as a Project Engineer. In these roles, he served as lead design engineer for the new Goldman Sachs headquarters at 200 West Street and worked on the Bloomberg L.P. headquarters project at 731 Lexington Avenue.
Tim is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of New York.
Tim is a graduate of Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
