Professional Expertise

Tim has amounted more than 41 years of commercial office experience on a regional and national basis, primarily acting as first chair representative on behalf of tenants and landlords. Tim has completed more than 400 transactions totaling approximately 8 million square feet with a value of over $1.5 billion. Tenant types run the gamut of national, regional and local law firms, accounting firms, and financial services corporations, as well as a significant number of large private and public corporations and local companies.

Tim has held significant positions with HINES, one of the world’s largest commercial office developers, was senior manager for Florida and Caribbean regions for Insignia, one of the largest international real estate brokerage companies as well as regional manager for the Shorenstein Company. Rounding out the experience was a position as a regional manager for QPAM, a real estate workout company, and a number of years heading up facilities management for a Fortune 500 company with 29 offices worldwide. While Tim worked on behalf of landlords he cultivated relationships with owners and developers including Aetna, Bank of New York, MONY, LeadLease, Met Life, JP Morgan, AT&T Pension Trust, FDIC, and Bank of New Zealand.

Activities & Achievements

Tim has held positions on multiple Volunteer and Professional Boards including long-term participation on the board of the Miami Downtown Development Authority and Subcommittee. He also served as the President of the South Florida Chapter for NACORE (now CORENET). Tim is part of the Miami Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee and previously served on the board of Palmer Trinity High School.

Tim was awarded the Ernst & Young South Florida Deal of the Year. MONY National Deal of the Year. BNY-REO Florida Deal of the Year. General Electric Asset Management Service Provider of the Year.

Education

Tim graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.
