Todd Valentine joined Savills Washington, DC office in May 2005 and now serves as a corporate managing director. In his role, Todd provides real estate services to several public sector clients, including the General Service Administration (GSA) under Savills National Broker Contract. An expert advisor for high-stake entities, Todd plays an integral role in ensuring advanced negotiation and execution of leases in a fiscally responsible way for federal tenants across the United States. With over 20 years of experience in tenant advisory roles, Todd serves as a trusted overseer of complex interior buildouts, as well as office and warehouse acquisition.

Since 1998, Todd has represented companies in hundreds of transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Todd worked for Bolan Smart Associates, where he served as a consultant to the GSA's Advanced Acquisition Program. In that role, he represented various federal agencies in all aspects of negotiating and acquiring leased office space. Todd began his career as a research analyst at CoStar, followed by a year at Cushman & Wakefield.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

In 2008, the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors recognized Todd’s work by awarding him the ‘DC Leasing Transaction of the Year’. Over the course of his career, Todd has secured office space for prominent political figures such as then President-Elect George W. Bush (2000) and presidential nominee John Kerry’s transition team (2004).
