Tom joined Savills in 2012, and specializes in structuring complex real estate transactions for major law firms, corporations, nonprofits, and private organizations nationally. Leveraging his financial background, he provides clients with a consultative approach to developing strategic plans and financial models that enable them to make fiscally and operationally responsible decisions. Working alongside one of the most prolific teams in the Southeast, Tom has been an integral part of numerous multifaceted assignments.

Prior to teaming up with Savills, Tom was a brokerage associate for Commercial Property Professionals, where he broke into the market and worked for almost 4 years. In total, Tom’s more than a decade in the industry has given him expert insight, as well as proven managerial and negotiation skills for tenant-focused commercial real estate transactions.

Awards, Achievements and Activities

Tom was recognized by Commercial Property Executive as a “Star to Watch” in the national publication and selected in 2016 and 2017 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle for “Best in Atlanta Real Estate Awards”. Tom is also a proud member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, as part of the prestigious Million Dollar Club.
