Valerie joined Savills Studley in 2011. As a Managing Director specializing in office tenant representation, she provides her clients with up to the minute market information and financial analysis in order to make the most appropriate, strategic and cost effective decisions. Prior to joining the firm she was a vice president in the Tenant Advisory Services group at Transwestern.

Valerie is a recognized expert in large, complex transactions where her analytical skills, combined with her in-depth knowledge of the Houston market, enable her to create leverage which pays big dividends for her clients. And with her straightforward, factual approach, Valerie consistently generates results that exceed even the loftiest of expectations of many of the most recognized brand names in the U.S.

For the past seven years, Valerie has been the single point of contact for the Houston Chronicle, handling their every real estate need. In that time, she has worked with clients that includes some of the biggest names in corporate America including: KBR, Progressive Insurance, TOTAL, Energy Savings, Gardere, Brent Coon & Associates, Katzenbach Partners and the Houston Chronicle.

She began her commercial real estate career at The Staubach Company after spending several years as an analyst on a high yield bond fund at JP Morgan Chase.

Activities & Achievements

Valerie serves on the Houston Grand Opera Opening Nights Advisory Board, the Herman Park Advisory Board and is active with the Junior League of Houston. She has served on the Steer Auction Committee as well as the Breeders Greeters Committee for the Houston Livestock and Rodeo and has been recognized by Houston Grand Opera as a 2010 Ovation Award's Recipient as a young leader for her philanthropic, charitable and civic endeavors.

Education

Valerie earned a bachelor's degree in business administration finance and entrepreneurship from Baylor University.
