Victoria Oliva is a Managing Director of Savills Studley’s Global Retail Services Group, specializing in retail and advisory services. Mrs. Oliva combines her research skill set with her brokerage capabilities to provide consulting, advisory and transaction services for retail clients.
Mrs. Oliva works alongside Executive Vice President, Susan Kurland and Executive Managing Director, David Gialanella helping both landlord and tenant clientele develop their local, national and global retailing strategies. Her prior experience with market-trend research reports, consumer behavior, and buyer segmentation analytics is instrumental towards developing local, national and global retailing strategies for multi-national organizations.
Having developed an industry-wide recognition for her consulting and advisory services, Mrs. Oliva provides strategic consulting services to both retail tenants and property owners. In the area of landlord representation, Mrs. Oliva has worked with many prominent property owners, including Gottlieb Estate, Kushner Companies, CIM Group, JEMB Realty Corporation, WAFRA Investment Advisory Group, Inc. and TIAA-CREF. Most notably, Mrs. Oliva played an integral part in securing JC Penney as the tenant for 130,000 square feet at 200 Lafayette Street, represented JEMB Realty Corporation for H&M’s largest global flagship location at Herald Center, and the retail reposition at 685 Third Avenue on behalf of TIAA-CREF.
Mrs. Oliva joined Savills Studley from CBRE where she was a Senior Associate in the New York Tri-State Retail Services Group since 2010. Prior to her brokerage career, Mrs. Oliva led the retail research division as a research analyst. Her background in consumer behavior analytics and buyer segmentation analysis earned her market trend research reports notable press in publications such as: The Real Deal, The Commercial Observer, Crain’s New York, The New York Post, The Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg.com.
Activities & Achievements
Mrs. Oliva is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Board of New York. In 2013 she earned CBRE’s “Tri-State Retail Rookie of the Year” award.
Mrs. Oliva graduated Magna Cumme Laude from Connecticut College.
