Virginia began her career in tenant representation with Cresa Carolinas as an Advisor and was quickly promoted to Vice President at the end of her first year. She specializes in Office Tenant Representation in all facets of the business including new business attainment, strategic planning, corporate solutions, as well as servicing existing client needs. Virginia’s focus is exclusively on meeting the needs of tenants on all aspects of their transaction management. Virginia excels in market research, survey qualifications, transaction analysis, request for proposals and client engagement. Prior to joining the Cresa Carolinas team, Virginia was the Business Development Manager at Scotties serving all of Mecklenburg and South Carolina. She also managed and performed financial analysis for multiple CBD properties for Hines and Spectrum Properties.
Activities & Achievements
Virginia is Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of North Carolina. She is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW) and the National Scholars Honor Society. Virginia is involved with Children and Family Services Center, advising the Board on their real estate transactions. She also served as the Chair for the CREW Community Outreach Committee in 2015 and 2016.
Virginia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
