Wayne Lamb

Professional Expertise

Wayne Lamb’s 31-plus years of commercial real estate experience and portfolio management have earned him the confidence of both local and national industrial users of space.

Prior to joining Savills in 2017, Wayne and his team were at another tenant advisory firm, where they built the number one industrial team for the entire organization. Wayne’s team resides near the Ports of Long Beach/Los Angeles. However, Wayne and his team service clients headquartered worldwide and have completed lease, investment, sale-leaseback, purchase and build-to-suit projects across North America and internationally. Wayne and his team's grasp of supply chain/logistics and manufacturing intricacies allows them to work closely with their clients to identify the operational drivers that significantly impact the bottom line. Understanding these Key Performance Indicators (KPI) gives Wayne and his team the ability to create the context their clients need for making sound facility-related decisions. Throughout his career, Wayne has consistently achieved top honors in his field.

Before joining Savills Newport Beach office, Wayne started his business career at HBSIGN, a manufacturing firm where he served as president and CEO. After selling the company, Wayne served in several senior positions beginning in 1990 with CBRE as senior vice president. In 2000, Wayne joined The Staubach Company as a principal and board member. When Staubach sold to a landlord-focused firm, Wayne’s entire team joined Cresa in order to maintain focus as tenant advocates. Wayne served as a chairman of the board for Cresa West and a principal for the firm.
