Since joining Savills in 2010, Will Tittmann focuses on managing the real estate needs of US-based and international investment groups. Having worked with many of Savills Asia-Pacific clients, Will understands the concerns and goals of clients with various real estate needs including net leases, R&D/flex space, offices, industrial facilities, and data centers. He embraces Savills transparent, multi-disciplined approach to ensure that the best real estate solution and strategy are in place for tenants, buyers and sellers alike.

Will works closely with Savills internal Cross Border Teams and iTeam to leverage the best connectivity on behalf of sellers who are looking for maximum exposure to global capital. Having worked on several multi-national occupier accounts, Will is also highly versed in the nuances of the leasing world with experience spanning from traditional lease renewals, all the way to complex lease versus acquisition/development assignments across the country. As a result, Will brings a keen eye on behalf of clients in helping them to identify key areas of exposure and value creation.

Will has participated in leasing transactions totaling over $1 billion in volume including headquarters leases in Long Beach, Downtown Los Angeles, Georgia, New York and San Francisco. He has also completed office and datacenter portfolio work spanning multiple states. Will’s sales volume totals over $600 million including the largest land/development sale in Hollywood for $40 million in 2017. Additionally, he transacted on a $120 million mixed-use redevelopment site in New Orleans and $200 million in various office and medical investment net leased sales throughout the US.

Prior to joining the firm, Will was with Russell Reynolds Associates, where he specialized in executive recruiting needs for some of the largest institutional real estate asset management organizations in the US. Will is fluent in Mandarin.
