With more than 15 years of corporate strategic planning experience with multi-national corporations in the United States and China, Yin Li joined Savills Studley as Managing Director, Head of China Operations and Greater China Chief Representative. As the leader of Savills Studley's operations in China – a gateway for businesses in Asia looking to open offices and make investments in the United States and for Savills Studley's clients interested in expanding into China – Yin provides real estate investment services, workplace consulting and strategic planning services to her clients.
Splitting her time between Shanghai and New York City, Yin has an in-depth understanding of the financial services industries in both the United States and China. Prior to joining the firm, Yin spent the majority of her career with AIG and Zurich Financial Services, where she was a key member of the team responsible for strategic planning of corporations' multi-billion dollar investments throughout the world.
Yin was recognized in Real Estate Forum's "Women of Influence" in 2012, and was presented with the 2011 Dealmakers Award from Tishman Speyer.
Yin is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, CoreNet Global Asia and the Chinese Overseas Educated Scholars Association.
Yin received her Bachelor of Science degree from Shanghai Normal University in Shanghai, China. She also received her Master's in Business Administration in finance from Long Island University in New York.
