Josh Hirsh has been named a corporate managing director at Studley. He was formerly a managing director.

Mr. Hirsh joined Studley in 2000.  A consistent producer at the firm, he focuses on corporate and law firm transactions for clients such as Munich Re, the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau and Ventyx, Inc. He recently arranged several deals in Atlanta including a 55,000-square-foot renewal on behalf of GXS; a 32,000-square-foot lease on behalf of Thompson Hine; and a 65,000-square-foot corporate headquarters renewal on behalf of Munich Re.

Active in the community, Mr. Hirsh is the chairman of the 2011 Campaign for the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta. In addition, he serves as a board member with Kate’s Club and the American Israel Chamber of Commerce as well as a youth baseball coach with the Northside Youth Organization.

In 2009, Mr. Hirsh was named to Atlanta Business Chronicle’s annual “40 Under 40.” He earned his bachelor of real estate finance from Indiana University.
