Trailer Park expanded its occupancy at 6922 Hollywood Boulevard for a total of 86,271 square feet of office space in the heart of Hollywood. The global marketing agency took an additional 15,171 square feet, representing the full 10th floor, and will occupy six of the building’s 12 stories beginning in 2015. Trailer Park has been a tenant here since 2001, initially leasing two floors, and has building-top signage.
Andrew Lustgarten, Corporate Managing Director in Savills Studley’s downtown Los Angeles office, represented Trailer Park in the transaction.
“Trailer Park was pleased to be able to meet its expansion needs in a location that the agency has called home for nearly 15 years,” said Lustgarten. The 205,000-square-foot property is 100% leased.
6922 Hollywood Boulevard is a Class A office building located just west of the Hollywood/Highland intersection and across from Mann’s Chinese Theatre.
