British Financier Lands on Fifth Avenue

Vision Capital has picked a prime spot on Fifth Avenue for its first New York office.

The London-based investment company signed a 10-year lease for 5,835 square feet at 681 Fifth Ave. The building is located between 53rd and 54th streets on a site where the original Metropolitan Museum of Art stood. The asking rent was in the mid $80s per square foot.

Mitchell Konsker and Robert Gallucci of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, Metropole Realty Advisors, while David Dusek of Studley negotiated on behalf of Vision Capital. ...
