Washington, DC (December 1, 2010)
On the heels of announcing its merger with Townsend and Townsend and Crew to create one of the world's leading law firms, Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP has renewed its 65,873-square-foot lease on the top three floors of the Westory, an 11-story, 268,000-square-foot Class A office building located 607 Fourteenth Street, NW, on the East End of DC.

The firm, which has been in the space since 2000, has renewed for another 10 years, according to its real estate advisor Studley.

"Working closely with Studley, we evaluated our options in the market and at the end of the day we decided that remaining in our existing building made the most sense operationally and financially," said Kilpatrick Managing Partner Steve Baskin.

Studley Executive Managing Director Neil Levy, Executive Vice President Tom Fulcher and Associate Adam Brecher represented the law firm in the transaction. Zeke Dodson and Laurie McMahon of Cassidy Turley represented the building landlord, DEKA USA Westory LP.
