Invesco Decides to Stay Put at 11 Greenway Plaza

Investment management firm Invesco has decided to stay put in Greenway Plaza, signing the largest lease renewal in Houston this year, brokers say.

The Atlanta-based company, which has its biggest office in Houston, agreed to lease 387,345 square feet at 11 Greenway Plaza for another 10 years. Terms were not disclosed....
