Columbia Property Trust, a major office REIT, retained the largest tenant in its 100 E. Pratt office building in downtown Baltimore, after investment advisor T. Rowe Price signed a letter of intent to negotiate a new lease that would keep its headquarters in the 28-story office tower through 2027.
Losing the tenant to Harbor Point or another office property would have been a major blow given that Columbia Property Trust ranks Baltimore among the top five markets in its portfolio. National tenant broker Studley represented T. Rowe in the lease renewal negotiations handled by Rick Schuham and Eric Feinberg out of its Chicago office. Cassidy Turley's Bruce Matthai and Brian Wyatt represented building owner Columbia Property Trust. Columbia Keeps T. Rowe Price at 100 E Pratt
