To consolidate and enjoy a more open and collaborative environment, CH2M HILL, a global leader in consulting, design, design-build, operations and program management, is relocating its Atlanta, Georgia office.
The company has signed an agreement for 97,500 square feet at 6600 Peachtree Dunwoody Road, Building 400. Studley, the leading global commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant services, represented the company in the transaction.
“Collaboration is a key component of our success; therefore, we needed space that could fit all our employees in an efficient and productive way. We are thrilled with the amenities and work environment offered at Embassy Row and look forward to making it our home for many years to come,” said Greg Wilson, CH2M HILL.
CH2M HILL currently occupies 200,000 square feet across two buildings at 400 Northpark Town Center and Sterling Point. Studley’s Monty Harris, Executive Vice President, led the transaction on CH2M HILL’s behalf.
“We did an extensive search of the Central Perimeter and determined that Embassy Row was the most viable option. Moving to one building from two will allow CH2M HILL to increase efficiencies and provide employees with the open, collaborative work space they desired,” Monty Harris, Executive Vice President at Studley, added.
Embassy Row is an investment of a fund managed by Ares Management, LLC and was represented in the transaction by Deming Fish, Lee Evans and Scott O’Halloran of Colliers International. The complex provides easy access to GA 400 and Interstate 285, along with a shuttle service to the Sandy Springs MARTA rail station. The numerous amenities at the complex include a café, a free tenant fitness center, conference and training facilities, and free covered parking.
According to Deming Fish, Senior Vice President & Principal at Colliers International: “Embassy Row provided the large block of space CH2M HILL was looking for to improve efficiency and optimize its workspace through consolidation.”
