STUDLEY ADDS THREE NEW HIRES TO MIDTOWN MANHATTAN ROSTER

International commercial real estate services firm Studley is pleased to announce that Peter Cipriano, Ryan Rafter and Cayle Drabinsky have joined the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office.
Mr. Cipriano joined the firm as an assistant director and will work primarily with Executive Vice President, Branch Manager Steve Berliner. He will be responsible for new business development as well as servicing the needs of the firm’s existing client base. Prior to joining Studley, Mr. Cipriano was an associate at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. He graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor of Arts in American History.
As an associate, Mr. Rafter will work with Executive Managing Director Paul Revson and Corporate Managing Director Zev Holzman, focusing on new business development, market research and financial analysis. He most recently served as an associate at Eastern Consolidated where he specialized in the sale and acquisition of commercial properties in Lower and Midtown Manhattan as well as Queens. Mr. Rafter is a recipient of the Congressional Certificate of Merit and attended the United States Air Force Academy. He graduated from Dickinson College with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and also received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
Mr. Drabinsky joined the firm to work directly with Executive Managing Director Erik Schmall and Assistant Director Mike Mathias. As an associate, he will provide support in the areas of new business development, financial analysis, market research and account management. Prior to joining Studley, Mr. Drabinsky spent two years with the New Jersey NETS as an inside sales account manager. He graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in political science.
