Lease Up: Ford To Add 7,000 Jobs in 10 Cities

...Panasonic Avionics Corp. (Panasonic) expanded its corporate headquarters in Lake Forest, CA, by signing a 10-year lease that commences in 2012.

Panasonic's operations will include six buildings and a total of 354,727 square feet of space. The complex houses Panasonic's corporate, engineering, production and administrative operations.

...Carlton Fields, one of Florida's largest full-service law firms, added 14,510 square feet of office space at the LEED Gold Certified Wachovia Center located in the heart of downtown Tampa. The additional space will compliment the firm's Tampa headquarters at Corporate Center Three at International Plaza. The firm's administrative departments will be relocated to the new office location. The 110 attorneys in the firm's current office, which is at Corporate Center Three at International Plaza, will remain in that location. Consolidating the firm's administrative departments to one location will help streamline processes, allowing the firm to work more efficiently and effectively. The downtown office will also include meeting facilities for clients and attorneys and guest office space. Claire Calzon of Colliers International Tampa Bay represented the landlord.
