GSA Fills 34,510 SF in Interwood Business Park

The General Services Administration has signed two long-term leases totaling 34,510 square feet at 15109 Heathrow Forest Pkwy.

... With the two GSA leases, the building is about 56% occupied. Wittorf tells GlobeSt. that 28,000 square feet is still available in the building, along with building signage. Additionally, Urban Group offers turnkey tenant build-outs. The quoted asking rate for the property is $15.50 per square foot, triple net.
