Veteran investment sales team leave West Lane & Schlager to join Studley

International commercial real estate services firm Studley announced today that veteran real estate advisors Richard Siegel and Paul Hanafin have joined its Washington DC regional offices as corporate managing directors.

The team joins Studley from West, Lane & Schlager, where they were principals specializing in investment sales and capital markets services.  As a team, they bring a combined industry experience of 55 years and have been directly involved in transactions valued in excess of $5 billion to date.   At Studley, they will continue their focus on investment sales, capital markets and serving the real estate needs of corporations, associations and non-profit organizations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Mr. Hanafin and Siegel have extensive experience in investment sales of commercially zoned land and institutional quality assets.  Their specialties include sales and acquisitions and advisory services for organizations that own and occupy real estate.   Together, they have been involved in a number of highly prominent real estate transactions for various local, regional and national real estate investors throughout the Washington DC area.

Mr. Siegel holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA in finance from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business Administration, and a JD from The George Washington University National Law Center.   Mr. Hanafin received his bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego and master's degree from Georgetown University in International Relations and conducted post graduate studies in international affairs at Oxford University.
