Wall Street veteran Heidi Learner has joined Studley as Chief Economist, Chairman & CEO Mitchell S. Steir recently announced. Learner will develop real-time measures of supply and demand for commercial space to assist Studley's clients in understanding the continually evolving economics of the real estate markets. Learner will be based in the firm's New York City headquarters.
Said Learner of her new position, "Having a clear understanding of the factors influencing employment is crucial for assessing the need for office space. By examining unit labor costs and worker productivity, or changes in labor force participation through time, we can better understand the dynamics driving employment trends."
