Texas-based law firm Gardere signed a long-term lease at downtown Houston’s Wells Fargo Plaza. Gardere will relocate to floors 20 through 22 and occupy 74,975 square feet at 1000 Louisiana St.
The fully redesigned interior office space allows Gardere to incorporate enhanced technology and workspace amenities. In addition, the more streamlined configuration will allow the firm flexibility for further growth.
