Business-to-business advertising agency Gyro signed a lease for more than 22,300 square feet at Capital Properties’ 115 Broadway in Lower Manhattan.
The firm will relocate its headquarters at 31 West 27th Street in Chelsea to the 14th floor of the landmark building along Broadway. Savills Studley executive Keith Ellis represented Gyro, while a CBRE team including Adam Foster, Michael Rizzo, Sam Spillane and Brad Gerla represented Capital Properties.
