Global commercial real estate services firm Studley announced today that real estate veteran Bob Burgen
has joined its Tampa, Florida
office as Senior Managing Director.
At Studley, he will focus exclusively on tenant representation, particularly corporate and law firm clients in the Tampa Bay area.

Burgen’s real estate career spans several decades, including over 17 years with CBRE where he focused on representing tenants in Westshore. Burgen’s clients included Intermedia Communications, for whom he negotiated the company’s then-largest lease of 810,000 square feet and served as national corporate services manager for the communications company with responsibility for its portfolio of 2.5 million square feet in over 100 locations across the country. Bob In addition, Burgenalso handled corporate services assignments for Xerox Corporation and 2nd Century Communications.
Prior to joining Studley, Burgen was an owner and /developer of in developing residential condominiums, and he is also an owner of a long-standing retail business in Tampa.
