Houston landlord market has new construction heating up

Construction of new office space in Houston and the surrounding areas is alive and well, and some companies are seeking not just more space, but more efficient use of that space.
And, with new developments coming available, being planned or seriously discussed, they are having an effect on the commercial real estate market.
“Companies in the (Central Business District) tend to stay downtown,” said Steven Biegel, executive vice president of Studley Inc. Biegel specializes in tenant representation, negotiating for tenants with landlords and advocating for user needs such as parking and other amenities. ...
