STUDLEY NEGOTIATES INTEGRYS ENERGY GROUP'S 150,000 SF CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS LEASE AT AON CENTER IN CHICAGO
Chicago, IL (August 10, 2011)
Studley’s Senior Managing Director Tiffany Winne, Executive Managing Director Lisa Davidson and Executive Vice President Joe Learner represented Integrys Energy Group, Inc. [NYSE:TEG] in its 150,000-square-foot corporate headquarters’ lease at Aon Center, 200 E. Randolph Street in Chicago.
Integrys will relocate from its current headquarters at One Prudential Plaza, 130 E. Randolph Street, where it currently occupies 196,000 square feet, when the lease commences second quarter 2014. The move will reduce Integrys' space by 25 percent and significantly reduce costs.

Jones Lang LaSalle represented Piedmont Office Realty Trust, owners of Aon Center, in the transaction.
