AllianceBernstein L.P. has signed a 60 month lease for 8,592 square feet of Class A office space in 4365 Executive Drive, San Diego 92121, at The Plaza in University Town Center.
The building is owned by The Irvine Company. The total lease consideration is approximately $2.1 million. Bridget Garwitz, of Savills Studley, represented the tenant, and Liza Strom, of The Irvine Company, represented the landlord.
The building is in the former Plaza at La Jolla Village, the six-building, 17-acre and 825,000-squuare-foot office complex in the University Towne Center submarket.
The property was once in a portfolio owned by Equity Office Properties, which was sold in an early 2007 leveraged buyout to Blackstone for $23 billion. The Plaza property was then resold to The Irvine Company as part of a 17-property, San Diego office portfolio.Executive Drive lease signed
