Kaseman Inks 22,594 SF Sublease at 1600 Tysons Boulevard in Tysons Corner
McLean, VA (October 12, 2010)
Kaseman, LLC, a leading provider of professional engineering and technical security solutions, has signed a 22,594-square-foot sublease with the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) for office space at 1600 Tysons Boulevard in McLean, VA.
The company will move its office from 1421 Jefferson Davis Highway in Arlington, VA, into a turnkey, “plug-and-play” space, according to Kaseman’s commercial real estate advisor Studley.
Executive Vice President Steven Hubberman and Corporate Managing Director Chris O’Brien represented Kaseman in the transaction. Robert VeShancey and David Goldstein of Jones Lange LaSalle acted on behalf of GMAC.
“Studley secured premier office space for us in a trophy building, built out with the necessary infrastructure to eliminate costly downtime and capital expenditure,” said Kaseman Chief Executive Officer Robert Grimes. “Steve and Chris negotiated a transaction that met all of our objectives and surpassed our expectations.”
“This building is a perfect fit for Kaseman,” explained Hubberman, “and the fact that we were able to secure plug-and-play space at such an attractive rate sealed the deal for our client.”
1600 Tysons Boulevard is a 293,161-square-foot Class A office building located in the heart of Tysons Corner adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Tysons II Galleria Mall.
