The Lake Forest Graduate School of Management is more than tripling the size of its Schaumburg location in a move to a building two miles south of its longtime site.

The private, non-profit school signed an 11-year lease for 14,000 square feet at 1300 E. Woodfield Road, where it plans to open late this year. The new location in a seven-story building near Meacham Road has a higher profile that Lake Forest's current location at 1295 E. Algonquin Road on the Motorola Inc. campus. The school currently has 4,000 square feet under a lease that expires at year-end, a spokeswoman says. ...

... The new space will include five classrooms, a conference room and several smaller meeting rooms, the school says in a release. Lake Forest currently has several offices and just one dedicated classroom at the Algonquin building, but has the option to use other classrooms, the Lake Forest spokeswoman says. ...

... Studley Inc. represented the school. CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the building.
