KLS Professional Advisors Group signed a 16-year lease for 30,900 square feet at 1325 Sixth Ave. in midtown. The wealth management firm will move from a smaller office space in the Flatiron district to occupy the 14th floor and part of the 12th floor at its new location. The tenant was represented by Joseph Genovesi and John Harte of Savills Studley. The landlord, the Paramount Group, was represented by Frank Doyle of JLL. Asking rents in midtown average about $74 per square foot.
Morningside Translations signed a five-year lease expansion for a total of 9,300 square feet at 450 Seventh Ave. in midtown. The translation-services firm will expand its existing space by 800 square feet at the 46-story building. The tenant and the landlord, the Kaufman Organization, were represented by Kaufman’s Barbara Raskob. Asking rents in the building are in the mid-$50s per square foot.For the Record - 9/18/2014
