Law firm Greenspoon Marder has expanded its office space in Orlando and extended its existing lease.
The Fort Lauderdale-based firm has about 20 attorneys in Orlando, where it has a focus on the timeshare industry, including Westgate Resorts. Its offices are in Capital Plaza One (PNC Bank) overlooking Lake Eola at 201 E. Pine St.
“We have executed a renewal for 10 years on our existing space on the fifth floor, about 17,000 square feet, and added 5,000 square feet on the fourth floor,” said Michael Marder, founding partner.
The firm has slowly added attorneys in Orlando over the past several years. It now has about 70 people in the Orlando office.
The lease was handled by Thomas J. Capocefalo, corporate managing director at Savills Studley in South Florida.Greenspoon Marder expands Orlando office space
