Solar Millennium Moving to Oakland City Center

Solar Millennium is the latest tenant to take former APL space in 1111 Broadway in Oakland City Center.

... Jennifer Klotz and Eric Danielson of Studley represent APL in its sublease deals in 1111 Broadway. The building is currently owned by Shorenstein Properties, which recently agreed to sell five buildings in City Center to CB Richard Ellis Investors.
