Fairfax-based Odin, Feldman & Pittleman hopes to ride the rails from a new home in Reston.

The law firm has inked a deal to shift its headquarters to new space at 1775 Wiehle Ave., culminating a two-year search for larger space in the Northern Virginia area. Its new space will be footsteps away from the future Wiehle Avenue Metro station. ...

... Studley brokers Wendy Feldman Block and Julie Schuelke represented Odin, Feldman in the lease. ...

... Schuelke said in a statement the brokerage was able to negotiate a “long term lease at very competitive rates,” that included a “sizable Tenant Improvement Allowance and concession package” for the firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Schuelke said it includes “exceptional expansion rights” to lease additional space in the building. ...

... The deal would be one of the largest law firm leases in Fairfax County to take place in the past three years, according to Studley, behind Oliff & Berridge LLC's lease for about 92,000 square feet in Alexandria and Patton Boggs' lease renewal for 61,700 square feet in McLean.
