Studley Announces Promotions of Top Performers in DC Region

DC Regional Offices Celebrate Banner Year in 2011

Washington, DC (March 6, 2012) - International commercial real estate services firm Studley is pleased to announce a number of promotions in its Washington, DC regional offices. The promotions come on the heels of the DC regional offices celebrating their best year ever in 2011, with thirteen of the firm's top producing brokers nationwide coming from the DC region.

William Quinby and Rick Rome have been promoted from Executive Managing Directors to Executive Vice Presidents.

Mett Miller and Rick Barnett have been promoted from Senior Managing Directors to Executive Managing Directors.

Todd Valentine was promoted from Managing Director to Corporate Managing Director.

Alexandra Hunihan and Parker Lange have been promoted from Assistant Directors to Associate Directors.

Tim Mazzucca, Tyler Bensten, and Bie Chu Lee have been promoted from Associates to Assistant Directors.

Recent notable transactions include The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (640,000 SF), the US Department of State (463,151 SF), the National Institute of Allergy & Infectious Diseases (490,998 SF), Choice Hotels International (137,778 SF), McDermott Will & Emery (171,000 SF) and Accenture (99,737 SF).
