City Renews 20,000 SF at 1250 Broadway

The city’s Department of Environmental Protection has renewed its 20,088-square-foot lease on the eighth floor of 1250 Broadway, owned by Murray Hill Properties and Jamestown Properties. MHP’s Adam Jon Camhi tells GlobeSt.com the renewal is for two years, adding, "DEP has been a valued tenant at 1250 Broadway for over 30 years." Camhi and MHP’s Eric Levy represented the ownership of the 39-story, 718,481-square-foot office property, which is currently pursuing LEED certification. Lease terms were not disclosed.  ...

...Adams & Co. recently brokered two lease renewals of 14,000 square feet each at 1071 Ave. of the Americas. Bardwil Industries and Pacific Coast Feather Co. each renewed for 10 years. David Levy and Jeffrey Schwartz of Adams & Co. represented the landlord in both deals. Studley spoke for Bradwil; Cushman & Wakefield represented Pacific Cast Feather. Asking rents for the two deals were $39 and $46 per square foot, respectively. ...
