Texas Gulf Bank plans to open a third Houston location at 900 Town and Country Lane and plans to boost its visibility with new signs for the building.
The independent community bank will occupy nearly 9,000 square feet on the first and second floors of the building. The property is close to the CityCentre mixed-use development in west Houston.
“This was a very strategic decision for Texas Gulf Bank,” Kevin Hodges, senior managing director at Savills Studley, said in an announcement. “It was important for the bank to expand its footprint in Houston’s Energy Corridor market and the location of this building is spot on for accessing that market.”
