Time Inc. has retained an agency to oversee the leasing and possible sale of its 2100 Lakeshore Drive property which includes the headquarters of the Southern Progress Corp.
Time spokesperson Jill Davison confirmed the move this week after an executive from the company told employees about the plan last week.
“Time Inc. has begun the process of exploring options to lease or sell a portion of, or its entire, Birmingham Lakeshore Drive campus,” Davison said in a statement. “We will measure the economic benefit of all offers and will choose one that is the best fit for us.”
