STUDLEY ANNOUNCES PROMOTIONS IN ATLANTA OFFICE

International commercial real estate services firm Studley is pleased to announce promotions in its Atlanta office.
Kelly Evans was promoted from director to managing director, transitions and client technologies. Since joining Studley in April 2010, Mrs. Evans has led the development of the firm’s Strategic Portfolio Solutions’ (SPS) Business Intelligence Portal, an executive reporting dashboard that displays graphical views of corporate real estate portfolios. She currently manages a commercial real estate portfolio for SPS of more than 5 million square feet nationwide and focuses on transaction management, lease administration, auditing and project management. Her expertise includes communication and management of major client transitions, information analysis and distribution, relational database management, reporting and organizational transformations of corporate real estate.
Prior to joining Studley, Mrs. Evans was a technical project manager for more than nine years with a mid-sized project management and technology firm, AOS USA, Inc., leading more than thirty integrated workplace management systems implementations. She graduated from the University of Alabama and is a certified project management professional (PMP).
Ryan Rawls was promoted from assistant director to director. Since joining Studley in July 2010, Mr. Rawls has played a key role in the firm’s Strategic Portfolio Solutions group. His specialties include financial analysis, transaction management, and strategic consulting. To date, he has completed an estimated 600,000 square feet of transactions on behalf of corporate clients.
Prior to joining Studley, Mr. Rawls was a senior analyst in the corporate services department of Jones Lang LaSalle and a senior financial auditor with Ernst & Young. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in finance and holds a Masters Degree in accounting from the University of Virginia.
Sheena Stone was promoted from manager of business development to director of business development. Since joining the Studley team in July 2010, Mrs. Stone has worked to secure some of the firm’s largest national and international portfolio accounts. Her expertise includes corporate real estate proposal, presentation and message development. In addition, Mrs. Stone manages the marketing activities of Studley’s Strategic Portfolio Solutions group.
She is an active CoreNet Global member who currently serves on both the Young Leaders Committee and the Programs Committee and has participated in GEICO’s Emerging Leader program. Prior to joining Studley, Mrs. Stone managed the marketing and business development program for AOS USA, Inc. She is an honor graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing.
